The University of South Africa (UNISA) will be hosting its Second Hybrid International Conference on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ICTVET2026) from 24 – 27 March 2026 at the Emperors Palace Hotel Casino Convention Resort, Gauteng, South Africa. The conference will be organized in close partnership with the UNESCO-UNEVOC International Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), supported by the South African Public Colleges Organization (SAPCO – organization that represents 50 TVET Colleges in South Africa), the Association of Technical Universities and Polytechnics in Africa (ATUPA), Education Training and Development Practices Sector Education and Training Authority (ETDP SETA) and the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET).
The World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics (WFCP), in partnership with the Association of Technical Universities and Polytechnics in Africa (ATUPA), is pleased to announce that the WFCP 2026 World Congress will be held in Kenya from 23–28 Nov 2026 2026. This marks the first time the Congress will be hosted on the African continent, offering a historic opportunity to spotlight Africa’s leadership and innovation in technical and vocational education and training (TVET).
